Getting out of debt can be exhausting.
Dave Ramsey says that you should be gazelle intense when getting out of debt. I agree with him. You should be running from debt and paying it off as quickly as you possibly can.
But when you're running like crazy and trying to make every moment as debt-free efficient as you can, it's easy to slip into burnout.
Burnout can easily turn into something worse.
Let's keep you healthy while you get out of debt.

1. Take a day off
2. Spend 1-2% of your "bottom line" on fun
3. Stay in community
