God gives blessings of wealth. He is happy to provide for his children. He also warns us a LOT about money, because having money can draw us away from God. So he warns us to help us put money in its place.
We have to wrestle with a tension in our lives: between accepting God's blessing of wealth and not giving in to the temptation of relying on that wealth as our security or obsessing over it.
God gives us money to bless others. God enables us to glorify him and love our neighbors.
Let's get over our fear of wealth or the fear of money as Christians, so we can accept God's blessings and bring the gospel to the world.
